18-year-old accused of attempted murder in Oslo

An 18-year-old is charged with attempted murder after a shooting incident at Bjølsen in Oslo in January last year.

He is also charged with gross misconduct, newspaper Avisa Oslo writes. The 18-year-old allegedly tried to blame another person for the attempted murder in a police interrogation.

The man is accused of firing two shots that hit another man in the right arm on January 10, 2020. 

The same evening, a 21-year-old was shot and killed in Prinsdal, but the police found no connection between the incidents.

There was another shooting episode at Bjølsen just over a week ago. Another 18-year-old is charged with attempted murder. He has been remanded in custody for four weeks.

Furthermore, another shooting incident took place at Bjølsen this summer. No one was injured.
