2021 election update: 514,716 Norwegians have already voted in advance

As of Friday, 514,716 advance votes have been registered for the Norwegian parliamentary elections of 2021. That corresponds to votes of 13.2% of all eligible voters.

The municipalities of Eigersund in Rogaland and Ringerike in Buskerud have the highest proportion of votes to date.

27.7% and 26.4% of those entitled to vote in the election, respectively, voted there.

Masfjorden in Hordaland and Rakkestad in Østfold have the lowest proportion of votes so far, with 2.4% and 4%, respectively.

In the parliamentary elections in 2017, 1,069,541 people voted in advance, which corresponded to 28.4% of all eligible voters. This year’s parliamentary elections take place on September 13, and advance voting is possible until September 10.
