6,678 corona cases registered in Norway – up 110

At midnight, there were 6,678 cases of Coronavirus infection in Norway, preliminary figures from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health show.

This is an increase of 110 cases in the last day. The last two days combined show an increase of 190 cases.

The figures are taken from the Communicable Diseases Notification System (MSIS) and show a preliminary overview.

A total of 201 people are receiving treatment at hospitals for Covid-19 disease. On Wednesday, 139 people have died as a result of the disease.

  1. This with social distancing and self-isolation/quarantine (and of course sanitation) measures. What will it be like when children are sent back to barnhages/daycares and schools and people sent back to work … without facemasking.

    There has been a report that a clear majority – 83 – of Norway’s coronavirus dead are in the nursing homes. Were staff and residents required to wear even improvised facemasks? In Norway, not likely if “experts” aren’t saying so.

    The “pilotfru” – pilot’s wife – blogger has stated she isn’t letting her 1 year old son go back to his barnhage yet, on the 20th. Will barnhage employees be wearing facemasks? Will the kids?
