6,984 recorded corona cases in Norway – up 61
At midnight, 6,984 cases of the Coronavirus were recorded in Norway, according to preliminary figures from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health.
This is an increase of 61 cases in the last 24 hours. In the last two days, the numbers have increased by 161 cases.
The figures are taken from the Communication System for Infectious Diseases (MSIS) that show a preliminary overview.
A total of 165 people are receiving treatment in hospitals for Covid-19 disease. So far 161 deaths were registered on Saturday morning as a result of the disease.
