7367 have been granted asylum so far this year
7367 people have been granted asylum so far this year, according to figures from UDI, which in total has processed 15,663 applications.
In addition, several people have been granted residence on humanitarian grounds or been granted another refugee status.
The people who have had their applications granted represent 67 percent of the total applications.
4677 people from Syria have been granted asylum. 1325 people from Eritrea have been granted their applications.
In total, 3940 people were rejected.
