78 new Coronavirus infections in the last 24 hours

78 new cases of Coronavirus infection have been registered in Norway at midnight Saturday, preliminary figures from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH) show.

This is an increase of 43 from the day before. Since Monday, 345 new cases of infection have been registered.

The figures are taken from the Notification System for Infectious Diseases (MSIS) and show a preliminary overview.

A total of 10,275 people have been diagnosed with the Coronavirus since February. About 95 percent have recovered and are healthy, according to FHI.

A total of 13 people are hospitalized on Friday with Coronavirus. That is two more than the day before, figures from the Norwegian Directorate of Health show. None of the patients are receiving treatment with a respirator.

FHI has registered 264 corona-related deaths in this country.

  1. So without everyone facemasking in public, it’s breaking out again and has already spread faster than it’s being detected. This has ever been rocket science, from the very first.

    But WHERE, Norway Today, is it breaking out?

    Is it in MY town?
