A man from Buskerud is indicted for shooting at a police patrol at Roa in Lunner last June. The prosecutors state in the indictment that they will ask for custody for twelve years.
The shot against the police patrol was fired the night of June 26 last year at a gas station in Roa. The police were not hit, but fired back and hit the man in the stomach / hip region. He was sent to Ullevål Hospital, but escaped with minor injuries, according to NRK.
The man is also accused of threats against the police in connection with the arrest.The trial against the man starts on January the 26.
