A total of 233,362 Norwegians have received the first dose of the corona vaccine

As of Tuesday, 233,362 people have been vaccinated with the first dose of the corona vaccine in Norway, according to the National Institute of Public Health (FHI). Furthermore, 71,418 people have received the second dose.

According to the FHI, 775 people received the first dose, and 743 people received the second dose on Monday.

Most people have received the first dose in Viken (50,051) and Oslo (29,525). 

The fewest doses have been administered in Troms and Finnmark (10,147) and Møre og Romsdal (11,247). 

Most people have been given the second dose in the counties of Viken (14,611) and Oslo (9,938).

The first corona vaccine – the one from Pfizer and BioNTech – in Norway was administered on December 27.
