The prosecuting authority has issued an indictment against the woman in accordance with the Criminal Code’s provision on illegal participation in a terrorist organization.
The woman was apprehended by the Police Security Service (PST) when she landed in Norway just over a year ago, and she has been charged with involvement in terrorism since.
The woman has two Norwegian children.
Their state of health was crucial for the Norwegian authorities when they chose to take the woman out of the al-Hol camp in Syria in January last year.
