Accused Czech admits killing in Frogner

The 52-year-old who is accused of killing a 27-year-old Czech woman at the Tiffani Café in Frogner, Oslo, in the summer of 2018, admits criminal charges, VG writes.

The accused man answered yes when asked if he acknowledges criminal charges when the trial started in the Oslo District Court on Monday, according to VG’s court report.

The woman was at work in the cafe on July 1st two years ago when the man came in just after 7 pm. Twenty minutes later, police reported that she had been stabbed.

She died a week later at Ullevål Hospital due to oxygen deficiency in the brain.

The accused man, who is also a Czech citizen, has a daughter with the deceased woman.
