Aftenposten: Four out of ten hospitalized corona patients in Norway have been born abroad

A total of 41% of corona patients in Norwegian hospitals have been now born abroad. 

According to the newspaper Aftenposten, the largest group among them is from Poland.

According to the newspaper, the number of hospitalized patients born in Norway has been stable over the past two weeks, while the number of those born abroad has accounted for most of the patient growth so far in December.

Of the 193 patients who were admitted to hospitals last week, 79 were born outside Norway – and 16 of them were born in Poland, Aftenposten writes.
