After technical problems at the control center at Sola have been resolved, air traffic is resuming at Bergen Airport Flesland and Stavanger Airport Sola.

“Some delays must be expected. Passengers should follow information from their airline,” Avinor wrote on its website.

Airport director Helge Eidsnes at Flesland told the newspaper Dagbladet that the Stavanger control center monitors the airspace in the whole of Western Norway and that that was the reason why Flesland was also closed.

Press officer Anna Langhammer in Avinor told the newspaper Bergens Tidende that she does not know how many passengers have been affected by the issue in Stavanger.

She encourages travelers to contact their airline to find out if their flight is running normally or if there are any delays.
