In the newspaper VG’s Akershus poll, the Conservatives (H) are down 5.7% compared with the 2017 election. Finance Minister (H) Jan Tore Sanner believes the party will do better at the elections.

“Four years ago, VG polls put the Conservative Party lower than the election result in the run-up to the last weekend before the election. But we won the election, and we will do it again. We are about to fight for the last mandate in Akershus, and we will succeed through huge mobilization,” Jan Tore Sanner told VG.

He is Akershus Høyre’s first candidate in the election.

In the survey carried out by Respons Analyze, Green Party (MDG) leader Une Bastholm is also set to enter the Norwegian parliament (Storting) for Akershus.

Here are the results of the VG poll (change from the 2017 election in parentheses): Red Party 4.4% (+2.5%), Socialist Left Party 7.6% (+2.3%), Labor Party 24.2% (-2.1%), Center Party 8.1% (+2.1%), Green Party 6.1% (+2.4%), Christian Democrats 2.6% (+0.3%), Liberal Party 8.7% (+2.2%), Conservative Party 25.3% (-5.7%), Progress Party 10.8% (-4.3%), others 2.2% (+0.3%)

The survey was conducted between September 6 and 9. A total of 800 people participated. The margin of error is between 2 and 3.5%.
