The Danish authorities hope that all adults in the country who wish to do so can be vaccinated by June 27.

The date is set one week earlier than previously estimated.

The reason? Deliveries of the Pfizer / BioNTech coronavirus vaccine appear to be higher than expected, the Danish Health and Medicines Authority announced on Monday.

On Friday, a new EU agreement with the company, which also secures Norway up to 3.5 million more corona vaccine doses, was announced.
