Avinor: 112 canceled SAS flights on Tuesday despite end of strike

So far today, 112 flights to and from Norway have been canceled as a result of the SAS strike, according to figures from Avinor. 

Around 900 SAS pilots went on strike on Monday, July 4, and since then, 2,454 flights in Norway have been canceled. The strike ended on July 19, but it will take a few days before air traffic returns to normal.

Of the 112 canceled flights today, 64 were domestic, 38 were within the Schengen area, and ten were international flights outside the Schengen area.

On Wednesday, 36 flights have already been canceled.

This is the distribution of canceled departures from Norwegian airports so far today:

* Oslo: 39

* Bergen: 9

* Trondheim: 9

* Stavanger: 8

* Tromsø: 6

* Bodø: 5

* Kristiansand: 3

* Alta: 2

* Harstad / Narvik: 2

* Kristiansund: 2

* Ålesund: 1
