Bane Nor has problems with a switch between Oslo S and Lillestrøm. The problem is leading to extensive delays in train traffic.
The problem arose “early this morning,” according to Bane Nor. On Tuesday morning, Bane Nor was not able to say anything about how fast the traffic could return to normal.
“We are working hard to solve the problem. The trains are running, but there are delays, unfortunately,” press officer Stine Strachan in Bane Nor told news bureau NTB.
She asked travelers to follow information from the train companies to get updated information about departures and delays. Vy reports that fewer tracks are in use.
“You have to expect delays,” Vy writes.
