Bergen establishes new Corona Clinic

Bergen Municipality has established its own Corona clinic at the Bergen Health center. It replaces the day care unit for immediate help (EHD) at the Emergency Services.

“This provides an opportunity for us to receive patients who do not have to go to hospital,” City Councillor Roger Valhammer said in a press release.

ØHD is an offering in Bergen that will reduce the need for emergency admissions to the specialist health services. The old unit is now closed down at Bergen Health House in favor of this separate Corona Clinic.

– In addition, we are working to establish our own short-term nursing ward for corona patients at Fyllingsdalen nursing home, says Valhammer.
