A man tried to rob a kiosk in Bergen on Christmas Eve. He repented and went back to apologize. Then he was arrested.

The police received the message about the robbery attempt at the 7-Eleven kiosk on Støletorget at 1:55 AM.

The man tried to rob the kiosk by threatening the employee with a syringe.

He did not receive money, so he left the place, the Western Police District reports.

“The police started searching for the person. Shortly afterward, he returned to the kiosk and apologized for his behavior,” the operations center informs.
