Bergen’s Health Councilor Husa asks government to drop isolation requirement

The Health Councilor in Bergen, Beate Husa (KRF), believes that the requirement for four days of corona-related isolation should be removed due to increased sickness absence.

Husa told the newspaper Bergens Tidende that people who are actually healthy are not allowed to go to work due to strict rules.

She believes that the increased absence justifies removing the requirement for four days of isolation.

On February 1, the government shortened the isolation period from six to four days.
