A doctor in his 50s has been arrested and charged with the sexual abuse of several minors, according to Bergensavisen (BA).
The accused was arrested earlier this week and was produced for custody in Hordaland District Court on Friday afternoon. For the sake of the investigation, the hearing took place behind closed doors.
Police attorney Eli Valheim in the Western Police District did not want to comment on the case to BA. The man’s lawyer Bjarte Aarlie said the following:
“The only thing I can say is that my client does not admit criminal guilt.”
