A man in his 30s is accused of throwing two kittens and one cat from a balcony on the fifth floor in Bodø. According to the indictment, the kittens died.
The cat is said to have survived but was seriously injured in the incident.
According to the indictment, the kittens were thrown from the balcony in December last year, while the cat was thrown in February this year.
The trial will take place in Salten District Court on February 16.
