Bodø Municipality repealed the local regulations on infection control measures.

The two key aspects of the local regulations are one-to-one services and private gatherings, the Municipality stated in a press release.

This means that people can now, among other things, go to hairdressers, skincare professionals, masseurs, and tattoo artists.

The limit of a maximum of five people visiting someone will also be removed. All other measures continue to apply until further notice.

The crisis management team in Bodø Municipality has previously decided that all schools and kindergartens in Bodø will return to the “yellow” level from Monday.

“It is important for me to emphasize that we still obviously have to follow the national measures, but as the situation is in Bodø now, we can ease the strictest local measures,” Mayor Ida Pinnerød said.

The changes to the local regulations apply from noon on Wednesday.
