A 16 year old boy got his arm torn off when a car ended in the lake Lyseren at Tomter in Østfold on Monday afternoon.
A 17-year-old and 18-year-old were also involved in the accident.
“The driver and the boy of 17 were sent to a the Accident unit, but they appear to be unharmed,” says operations manager Tom Sandberg in the East Police District of NTB.
The police have seized the 18-year driver’s license.
“According to the local force there is a suspicion of high speed, and a case is being brought against the driver,” says Sandberg.
The car must have driven into a left turn and straight into the water.
