A boy has been taken to the hospital after being stabbed at Kadettangen in Sandvika in Bærum on Friday night.

“We received a message at 8:57 PM that a minor boy had been stabbed. He was conscious and talkative. We are now working on-site and questioning witnesses,” operations manager Sven Christian Lie told NTB at 10:15 PM on Friday.

The boy was taken to Ullevål hospital. Lie does not currently know anything more about the extent of his injuries.

The police are looking for possible perpetrators with several patrols.

No weapon found

“We must obtain additional witness information to have something to go on when it comes to perpetrators,” Lie said.

The circumstances surrounding the stabbing are not yet known. The police also have a dog that is contributing to the search.

“So far, no weapon has been found,” Lie noted.
