Brende: Sent condolences to Egypt
It is too early to say anything about the cause of the plane crash in the Mediterranean Sea, says Foreign Minister Børge Brende.
I have sent my condolences to the Egyptian Foreign Minister. My thoughts go to the families affected and to the Egyptians, who are again faced with a new disaster such as this, Brende said to the news agency NTB.
– It is too early to say anything about the cause of this plane crash. The coming hours will surely provide more information about it, he said.
The EgyptAir plane crashed in the Mediterranean on Thursday with 66 people on board.
