Burglary at a jeweler in Strømmen

Saturday night tehere was a break-in at a jeweler in Strømmen in Akershus. The thieves are asid to have gotten away with large amounts of valuables, and were observed running away from the site.

– Witnesses testified that three young men ran away from the place. One or more of the men is said to have been wearing a white mask and was seen running towards Lovenstad,  operations leader Patrick Solberg in Eastern Police District said  to the local newspaper Romerikes Blad.

The men are between 175-180 centimeters tall, said Solberg.

The burglary was committed at a jeweler and watchmaker in Stromsveien. The alarm went off at 4:15 in the morning hours Sunday.

– The window is shattered. We have no details of what is stolen except that it is a matter of great values, says Solberg.
