Customs agents in Svinesund stopped a car which turned out to contain candy for NOK 12,000. The driver admitted that it was more than for his own consumption.
According to Customs, the car was stopped in mid-March.
“The amount of candy exceeds what a family can consume at Easter, and the driver admitted that he was going to sell it,” said Customs agents.
The customs authorities’ picture shows that the driver had not made any attempt to hide the goods, and the candy boxes were stacked in the car’s luggage compartment.
