A total of 80 people have been charged for producing counterfeit corona vaccines in China.
According to the state news agency Xinhua, the suspects are accused of selling saline solutions as corona vaccine since September.
A total of 3,000 doses were confiscated during a series of raids in several places in the country.
China has developed a number of its own vaccines. The government in Beijing aims to vaccinate 50 million people by mid-February.
