The Oslo police have also issued the most fines – 654, according to figures P4 has obtained from the police districts.

“The most expensive fines go up to NOK 50,000,” Audun Kristiansen in the Oslo Police District stated.

The Inlanndet Police District has issued 380 fines, while the Eastern Police District has issued 291. A large proportion of the fines are related to breaches of entry rules on the Swedish border.
