All students at Kongshaug Upper Secondary School of Music on Lepsøy south of Bergen have been quarantined after four confirmed cases of coronavirus infection.

There are a total of 129 students at the school, which is owned by the Norwegian Lutheran Mission and has students from all over the country.

Most of them live in the boarding schools located on the school grounds in Bjørnafjorden Municipality.

“There are three confirmed cases of infection at the moment,” principal Henning Iversen at Kongshaug Upper Secondary School of Music told Norge IDAG Tuesday night.

Later, the number was adjusted up to four.

In an information letter to the parents, the principal stated that he has met with the Municipality on Tuesday night. The conclusion is that the school may have been infected for a whole week, the newspaper noted.
