Kronprins Håkon, kronprinsesse Mette Marit, prinsesse Ingrid Alexandra og prins Sverre Magnus were dressed in national costumes when they when they greeted the children`s parade på Skaugum 17. mai.

With flags followed by corps and schoolchildren with flags went past the stairs to the Crown Prince family `s home in Asker.
The four royal on stairs song when the band played “Yes, we love” Tuesday morning.
After the parade at Skaugum Crown Prince family travelled to Oslo where they along with King Harald and Queen Sonja should salute thechildren’s parade from the palace balcony.
The 17th May tradition at Skaugum has existed since 1946, when Crown Prince Olav was asked by Asker Municipality if the Crown Prince family would like to welcome the parade Skaugum.
Last year was also Marius Borg Høiby watching at Skaugum-stairs. This year however the 19-year-old, and was not present to greet the parade.
