Crown Prince and Princess Opens Fishery Conference
This Thursday, Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette Marit opened a conference in Ålesund on marine proteins.
At the conference, ‘Marine Proteins &Peptides in Functional Nutrition Symposium’, scientists around the world will discuss how to use the entirety of the fish’s nutritional contents. The conference is organized by the organization Legasea.
“Legasea is a good example of an innovative organization that redefines global challenges as international opportunities,” said the Crown Prince at the opening, according to NRK.
The Crown Princess will also visit a trawler and get tour of the business Epax / MC Norway AS, which produces omega-3 ingredients for health food products.
