Crown Princess highlighted the day for mental health
Crown Princess Mette-Marit on Wednesday attended on a memorial of World Mental Health Day in Asker.
The celebration was held in the square outside Asker culture house. The celebration was organized jointly by the municipality of Asker, the Activity House, Active Leisure and Mental Health Youth of Asker and Bærum.
World Mental Health Day is marked annually worldwide for more openness about mental illnesses, as well as information about treatment and prevention. The Day is October 10th but in Norway celebrations are held also before and after the actual day.
