The Danish Health and Medicines Authority expects all the country’s inhabitants to receive the second corona vaccine dose by June 27 – if everything goes according to plan.

However, a reservation is made that this is only a forecast and that several vaccines must be approved if the goal is to be achieved, the vaccination calendar on the National Board of Health’s website notes.

It is unclear how many doses Denmark will receive per month after April.

The forecast is therefore based on estimates from the Danish Medicines Agency.

Entry restrictions

On January 8, Danish authorities tightened both travel guidelines and entry restrictions.

The government labeled all countries as “red” and decided to advise against all travel abroad.

“The message is simple and clear: You should refrain from traveling abroad,” Foreign Minister Jeppe Kofod said at a press conference n Friday.

Denmark is also introducing entry restrictions for travelers from around the world due to the international infection situation.
