Prime Minister Erna Solberg of Høyre (H) said it will be exciting to
follow the government negotiations after the election in Denmark.
‘’Congratulations to Mette Frederiksen with the election win. It will
be exciting to follow the upcoming negotiations. Norway and Denmark have close and good cooperation in a number of important areas that we will develop further for the benefit of both countries’’ said Solberg in a comment on the election result.
The red block won by a good margin in the parliamentary elections in Denmark.
This means that Mette Frederiksen from the Social Democratic Party, will become the new prime minister after Lars Løkke Rasmussen from Venstre.
