Prime Minister Erna Solberg (H) changed her Easter plans due to the new corona measures. She decided to drop the trip to her hometown, Bergen.

“I plan to stay in Oslo. I had planned to travel to Bergen with my family, but we have chosen to stay in Oslo with the new measures we have announced. Even though we have our own home and a garden that should have been cared for in Bergen, and even though we could have lived in Bergen as we do in Oslo,” Solberg told newspaper Dagbladet.

The decision was made this weekend. On Tuesday, the government launched stricter corona measures

A national alcohol serving ban will be introduced from Thursday, along with a new two-meter of distance rule and other restrictions at the national level.

Solberg is being investigated for possible infection control breaches in Geilo during the winter holidays after she and her family gathered (more than ten people) at a restaurant and in an apartment in Geilo during the winter holidays.

The police questioned her on Monday.

“The police do their job, and I do my job, and I do not intend to make ongoing comments about this,” she said.
