Everyone over the age of 18 in Bergen has been offered a corona vaccine dose
Bergen Municipality has now offered a dose of corona vaccine to all adults over 18 years. Those who have not registered for the first dose are encouraged to do so.
“We still have some available doses next week, and in week 29, there are currently many available vaccinations appointments,” Elisabeth Engelsen, head of the vaccine project in Bergen Municipality, stated.
Vaccine coverage in the Municipality is now over 80% in all age groups over 45 years. It is also steadily increasing among those who have recently received letters with an offer of the corona vaccine.
“The people of Bergen have been good at registering for vaccination when they have received the letter, and now we hope that even more people will use the opportunity to secure the first dose of the corona vaccine in the next two weeks,” Engelsen said.
