A father and his two sons have been found guilty on all counts in a racism case in Elverum.

All three defendants were found guilty on all charges, and it is emphasized in the verdict that skin color has been the motive for several of the racist acts, the newspaper Østlendingen writes.

The 55-year-old father and his two sons, aged 16 and 18, were charged with violence and threats against a Norwegian-Somali family, who chose to move from Elverum to Oslo after several years of abuse.

The charges cover several incidents between December 25, 2019, and up to the end of June 2020. The father of the family has also been convicted earlier for hate speech and threats against the same family.

None of the defendants pleaded guilty, but the court has unanimously convicted all three according to all points in the indictment.

The father of the family has received the most severe sentence of 120 days in prison, and he must pay reparation to the family.

  1. This is ignorance! Same as that poor boy Hermansen! (RIP)he was born in Norway! Didn’t they learn from extremists hating Breivik? killing 77 plus of his fellow Norwegians? Thank God Norwegians in general are not RACIST! They are educated, people. My family has been investing millions in Norway’s industries! Mummy is a loaded Asian European! Daddy is a son of a billionaire white American/European Jewish Family. They love to stay in the summer in Norway!
