From Thursday, June 4, Oslo University Hospital (OUS) will open for controlled visits from fathers and co-mothers to newborns.

In addition, most people who want to visit patients will also be able to do so at OUS, provided that there is a low corona infection, the hospital writes.

Controlled visits will mean that there is a limit to the number of visits each day. The visit must be planned in advance and visitors will be checked to assess the risk of infection.

The national ban on visits to hospitals and nursing homes was lifted on Wednesday.
