The National Institute of Public Health (FHI) is working on identifying people who may need a third vaccine dose, and the elderly may receive a third jab within six months.
“It may become relevant within six months. It may also be relevant later,” assistant director Geir Bukholm at the FHI told the newspaper VG.
“We continuously assess whether it may be necessary to give a third dose to nursing home residents, those over 85 years, the group between 85-65, and the risk groups under 65 years. In that order (of priority).”
