FHI: Last week, coronavirus was detected on 51 flights domestically and between Norway and abroad

Corona infection has been detected in passengers on board a total of 51 flights last week, the FHI’s overview shows.

A total of 30 of the flights were between Norway and abroad, while 21 were domestic flights, according to the overview. 

Four of the departures came from Amsterdam to four different Norwegian cities: Bergen, Stavanger, Kristiansand, and Oslo. Three came from Frankfurt – all were going to Oslo. Two aircraft with infection came from several cities last week: Malaga, Vilnius, Gdansk, Copenhagen, Istanbul, and Chania.

The rest of the planes came from Munich, Palanga, Split, Barcelona, ​​Athens, Doha, Warsaw, Skopje, Nice, London, and Krakow.

Corona infection has also been registered on DFDS ‘ships between Copenhagen, Frederikshavn, and Oslo on August 6-7, and on the Moskenes ferry between Bodø and Moskenes on Monday, August 2.
