FHI update: 85.7% of Norway’s adult population is fully vaccinated

A total of 4,181,765 people have been vaccinated with the first dose of the corona vaccine in Norway, the FHI’s statistics show on Friday. Furthermore, 3,686,756 people have received the second dose.

77.6% of the population has received the first dose, while 68.4% of the population are fully vaccinated. For the population over the age of 18, the proportions are 91% and 85.7%, respectively.

Among young people aged 16–17, 89.5% received the first dose, and 14.8% received the second dose. At the age of 12–15, the proportions are 67.9% and 0.5%, respectively.

Norway launched its corona vaccination program on December 27, 2020.
