The Finnish border control reports increased traffic on the border with Russia, Reuters reports.
There was more traffic on the border on the night between Wednesday and Thursday than usual, the border control wrote on Twitter, according to the news agency.
However, the situation is under control, and on Wednesday, fewer people crossed the border than during the weekend, the border control’s head of international affairs, Matti Pitkaniitty, said.
