Fire with toxic smoke reported in plastic company in Rogaland – employees evacuated

A fire has been reported at Bokn Plast in Bokn in Rogaland. The public is asked not to visit the area. Employees have been evacuated, and a 100-meter safety zone has been established.

“The employees have been evacuated. A number of chemicals and other things are stored in the building that pose a risk of toxic smoke and explosion,” the Southwestern Police District announced on Twitter.

A safety zone with a radius of 100 meters has been set around the building. The public is asked not to visit the area.

The police were notified of the fire at 1:12 PM.
