A protest has been announced in support of Britney Spears outside the US Embassy in Oslo tonight.
The “Free Britney” movement in Norway says they will organize a protest at 5:30 PM. The American embassy does not want to comment on the case, the newspaper VG writes.
“We have not been informed of any demonstrations outside the American embassy neither today nor tonight, so we know nothing about this,” operations manager Gjermund Stokkli in the Oslo Police District told news bureau NTB.
Protests have also been announced in Los Angeles, New Orleans, New York, London, Paris, and Cologne.
According to NTB, the pop star is trying to get rid of his father’s control over her money and career, which he has had for 13 years.
