From February 1, Norweigan municipalities will have to offer a printout of test results from corona certificates so that non-digital users can also get a corona certificate based on test results, the government announced on Friday.

The obligation applies from February 1, but the municipalities have the opportunity to offer such a printout even before this date.

The obligation to offer printouts only applies to those who have taken tests at the municipality’s test stations, but the regulations allow the municipality to choose to print out a corona certificate for those who have tested themselves elsewhere.

The obligation is limited to corona certificates based on tests so that the municipalities are not burdened with printing certificates based on vaccines and former COVID illness.
