From Thursday this week, everyone in Oslo between the ages of 18 and 44 can show up for a booster dose at the vaccine center in the Stovner district.

“The vaccine is still the way out of the pandemic, and by accepting the booster dose, you help protect yourself and others. I am very happy that we can now offer drop-in vaccination for even more people…

“Otherwise, we are in the process of calling in everyone over the age of 18 to get a booster dose, and we are constantly working our way down in the age groups,” Health Councilor Robert Steen (APParty) in Oslo noted in a press release.

The offer applies to all residents between 18 and 44, regardless of which district they live in.

The offer will also be expanded to the other vaccine centers in Oslo in the coming weeks. The drop-in for booster doses at the other vaccine centers currently only applies to those over 65, risk groups over 18, pregnant women, exchange students, and health professionals.

At the same time, the Municipality recommends everyone between the ages of 18 and 44 who has been called in for the third dose to show up for their vaccination appointment.
