Grandparents and grandchildren can be together
Prime Minister Erna Solberg brought happy news on Friday: Grandparents can now meet their grandchildren and travel with them.
“What is perhaps the most joyous news for many is that it is possible for grandparents to vacation with their family,” the Prime Minister said at the government’s press conference on the corona situation on Friday.
The advice is valid from today, Friday 15 May.
“This is the recommendation even though many grandparents belong to a group with slightly elevated risk of corona infection,” she said further.
Solberg emphasized, however, that individual assessments must be made if you have a clearly elevated risk of corona infection.
