Due to an increase in the number of infection cases in October, Hol Municipality is asking residents to use face masks and keep their distance.

Municipal chief medical officer Silje Marie Aasheim Koldal in Hol asked people to keep their distance or use face masks if it’s impossible to stay away from others. The recommendation has been published on the Municipality’s website.

Hol Municipality has registered 33 new corona cases so far in October. In Hallingdal, the number is almost 50, the newspaper Hallingdølen writes.

The recommendation on the use of face masks is currently valid until November 2.
