There will be increased military helicopter activity in Viken, Vestfold og Telemark, Innlandet, and Oslo this week, including in the evening and at night.
Bell 412 helicopters will fly relatively low at times, the Norwegian Armed Forces announced.
In addition, mock flares will be used from helicopters over the Oslo Fjord, a heat source launched from planes and helicopters to avoid heat-seeking missiles. They will be clearly visible when launched, and the Norwegian Armed Forces, therefore, expect that they will be noticed.
The helicopters will carry out the exercise together with ground forces.
In addition to increased helicopter activity, normal training flights will be carried out with helicopters, transport aircraft, multi-engine aircraft, and combat aircraft in large parts of the country.
